Pacho vive lejos de su pueblo de infancia que fue obligado a abandonar hace medio siglo. Una mañana, encuentra una vieja fotografía que lo arrastra a un viaje ficticio y alucinatorio a través de la memoria, del grano fílmico y de universos imaginados llenos de estrellas. En este retorno interior, deambula por las calles desiertas del pueblo de su infancia; rostros del pasado emergen de las sombras y lo confrontan con la violencia que marcó su vida. Las Almas ni los Ojos reimagina una de las primeras fotografías de la historia violenta de Colombia, transformándola en un territorio vivo donde la imaginación se convierte en un acto de resistencia, sanación y confrontación con el trauma colectivo.

Pacho lives far from the hometown he was forced to leave half a century ago. One morning, he finds an old photograph that pulls him into a fictional, hallucinatory journey through memory, film grain, and imagined star-filled universes. In this inner return, he wanders through the deserted streets of his childhood town, faces from the past emerge from the shadows and confront him with the violence that marked his life. Neither Souls nor Eyes reimagines one of the earliest photographs of Colombia’s violent history, transforming it into a living territory where imagination becomes an act of resistance, healing, and confrontation with collective trauma.
